Meet the team; Part 1

By August 1, 2017No Comments

We’ve introduced our suppliers, products we love, and talked about a whole lot of things in our blog over the past year, but we thought it was time to introduce you to the dream team, the people who make your dream home a reality.

PAUL HOPPER

Paul is the Founder, Director, and Estimator at PAH Innovative Construction. A highly knowledgeable licenced builder, Paul brings many years of industry experience to the team, and is driven by a passion to deliver the finest quality new and renovated homes in the Wagga region.

Evidence of this is the string of industry awards the PAH brand has behind it, including, in just 2016 alone, Winner of HIA Domain Riverina 2016 Home of the Year, Custom Built Home $450,000-$550,000, and Custom Built Home $250,000-$350,000, and MBA Excellence in Regional Building Awards Best Contract Home $500,000-$750,000, and Best Contract Home $250,000-$350,000.

Paul has developed a brand and business locally that has become synonymous with excellence and innovation in the industry, by going over and above in his approach to ensure he achieves an optimum outcome for all clients.

BEC HOPPER

As Construction Coordinator of PAH, and Paul’s wife, Bec’s days are typically spent communicating with clients through the process of planning, designing and constructing their new, or newly renovate home.

Upon meeting a new client, Bec is committed to understanding their needs, and individual goals with regards to their build, and works closely with them to assist in achieving their desired result.

In 2017, Bec was successful in winning the award for Business Partner of the Year, at the HIA CSR ACT/Southern NSW Housing Awards.

Together, Bec and Paul created PAH as a husband and wife duo, with a passion and commitment to excellence, and she is proud those original values are still very much reflected in the company to this day.

Emma Nicoll

Emma is the team’s Construction Administration Assistant, who has worked behind the scenes in the property industry for more than a decade.

She has a keen interest in ensuring effective systems are in place, so our clients can enjoy a smooth and easy journey from deciding to build, to getting handed the keys to their new home.

The core values of transparency, excellence, respect and of course, innovation, are what drew Emma to the PAH team.

Stay tuned for our next blog, Part 2 of our Meet the Team series, where we introduce our foreman and the builders who keep the wheels turning here at PAH.
