PAH Innovative Construction

PAH Innovative Construction have been providing award-winning building services throughout Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas since 2003. We specialise in the design and construction of new custom homes, as well as large renovations, extensions and restorations to heritage buildings.

We are a local family owned-and-operated business with an experienced team of eight people. Our licensed builder and director, Paul Hopper, completed his local apprenticeship in 2002 with The Australian Institute of Building’s Florence Taylor Award for most outstanding graduate apprentice of a carpentry trade. From here he established his experience and reputation through his own carpentry business and in 2012, PAH Construction commenced operations specialising in new homes and renovations, picking up a string of awards and accolades along the way including the highly contested HIA 2017 and 2018 Professional Small Builder of the Year for ACT/Southern NSW Region.

Today, Paul, his wife Bec and their dedicated team of carpenters and administration staff work closely with clients to develop and construct highly customised and distinctive designs throughout the region.

In particular we specialise in sloping sites and are known for our originality in that we have never built the same home twice.

Each floorplan, facade and inclusions listing for our projects is unique to the homeowner. We offer a complete construction service including custom design, local council authority submission and approvals and interior design service. Retaining, landscaping, fencing and window furnishings….we include it all!

For many years now, we have encouraged our clients to opt for more sustainable materials in their new homes, including; Colorbond steel roofing, double-glazed windows, anti-con blanket insulation, solar panels, foil board and high thermal mass materials such as concrete floors, cavity and feature walls in your home.

The consideration of passive design features such as the orientation, location and shading of your home will all contribute to how ‘green’ it can be. In a bigger leap towards going green, in recent times we completed our HIA GreenSmart Accreditation.

We have built our reputation hand on hand based on quality work and exceptional service levels. Our builder Paul Hopper works on site on each of our builds, along with our team of 5 carpenters. This ensures the level of craftmanship and high quality we are known for is consistent throughout each of our homes. Throughout the construction process, you will always be dealing with and have direct access to owners Paul and Bec Hopper. They will work together with you and the PAH team to ensure your needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
