PAH Innovative Construction
Meet Our Team
Passionate about SafeWork and Sustainable building products and practices, Paul spends his time going between office, construction sites and liaising with clients, tradesman, employees and suppliers.
Paul has developed a brand and business locally that has become synonymous with excellence and innovation in the industry, by going over and above in his approach to ensure he achieves an optimum outcome for all clients.
Evidence of this is the string of industry awards the PAH brand has behind it, including, but not limited to Winner of HIA Domain Riverina Display Home of the Year, Custom Home of the Year, Renovation of the Year, Country Home of the Year and Greensmart Energy Efficient Home of the Year. More recently PAH was proud to have been a finalist in the Australian HIA Housing Awards as 2017, 2018 & 2019 Professional Small Builder/Renovator of the Year.
Upon meeting a new client, Bec is committed to understanding their needs, and individual goals with regards to their build, and works closely with them to assist in achieving their desired result.
Bec forms part of PAH Constructions WHS committee and is also a founding member of Wagga Women in Construction.
In 2016, 2018 and 2019, Bec was successful in winning the award for Business Partner of the Year, at the HIA CSR ACT/Southern NSW Housing Awards. In 2019 she took out this same award at the National level!
Together, Bec and Paul created PAH as husband and wife duo, with a passion and commitment to excellence, and she is proud those original values are still very much reflected in the company to this day.
She has a keen interest in ensuring effective systems are in place, so our clients can enjoy a smooth and easy journey from deciding to build, to getting handed the keys to their new home.
Emma's wide range of expertise includes Business administration and management, Real Estate management, HIA GreenSmart professional accreditation and HIA OH&S Risk management for managers and supervisors.
The core values of transparency, excellence, respect and of course, innovation are what drew Emma to the PAH team.
Seb was drawn to work with PAH Construction, as the role has given him exposure to a range of unique and innovative projects, which have broadened and strengthened his skill set.
He was a standout work placement student and formed a good relationship with our crew who could see he was enthusiastic and honest. Max was very keen to gain an apprenticeship and we consulted with his parents and him and advised him to continue with his studies for the remainder of the year in order to complete his studies.
On the completion of his higher school certificate, we offered Max a position as an apprentice carpenter. Now in his 4th year, Max continues to impress us with his passion for the trade.
An important factor in recruiting the right team member is the consideration of the team dynamics and we felt Vili fitted right in with the rest of our team.
In January 2018 we employed Vili on a full-time basis through offering him the role of a 1st-year apprentice carpenter.
We see big things ahead for Vili in his career.
